Wheldon Named MAC Defensive Player of the Week - Buffalo Athletics
Ainsley Wheldon collected two more shutouts over weekend to help lead the team to a Big Four Classic title and on Monday was named the Mid-American Conference's Defensive Player of the Week. It is her first sole honor as she shared co-player of the week honors on August 29.
Kelly Svoboda Named MAC East Defensive Player Of The Week - Buffalo Athletics
Sophomore Kelly Svoboda has been named the Mid-American Conference's Eastern Division Defensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday afternoon. Svoboda helped the Bulls to a 3-1 record, earning all-tournament honors at this past weekend's Blue and White Classic.
