After setting multiple school records in a 31-30 loss to Northern Illinois Saturday afternoon, senior quarterback Chazz Anderson was named the Mid-American Conference's East Division Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. Anderson accounted for 460 yards of total offense and four touchdowns as Buffalo fell just short against MAC power Northern Illinois. Anderson completed a school-record 35 passes on 53 attempts for 406 yards (the most by a Buffalo quarterback since joining the MAC) and three touchdowns. All three of his touchdown passes came in the fourth quarter as he nearly rallied the Bulls from a 31-10 deficit.
