1) Who does UB have to watch out for:
Cameron Chinnery and David Crockett doing a laudable job filling in for Mario Panucci. Panucci, their all time leading scorer, graduated this year. All Chinnery and Crocket have done is score nine and seven points respectively.
Chinnery a freshman forward has seven assist and Crockett has six goals.
2) How good is their Goalie?
They use a stable of Goalies with four goaltenders who have all had a decent amount of minutes so far this season.. So far no one netminder has distinguished themselves as most have a sub 90 save percentage and a four plus goals against average. The exception is Senior Dustin Tanner who in 28 minutes of work has allowed no goals.
3) How are they on the Power play?
4/19 through their last four games, they have done almost damage short handed as they have on the power play. When they do damage with the man Advantage it's been Boris Gezzer and Joe Dugan getting it done.
4) How good are they short handed?
As I alluded to above, they are very dangerous. Against Cornell they scored three short handed goals and on the season they have four. Two of those are from Davy Crockett.
In terms of stopping power plays they have only given up four, and three of those were to Indiana. The Presidents have spent a lot of time in the box this season (28 minutes per game).
5) What can we expect from this game?
This is a very winnable homestretch for UB. The biggest threat is that UB will have a let down after a great weekend against a team who can strike quick while short handed.
6) Who does their coach look like?
Always nice to be able to slip in a Con-Air reference...
