Joe Felicia, a 6-5, 240-pound defensive end from Marcellus, has given UB a verbal commitment, sources told The Buffalo News today. Felicia is the seventh commitment the Bulls have received from the Class of 2011. -- Rodney McKissic

ESPN Describes Felicia as having good size with the potential to add more good bulk with time in a college weight program. If he can add the needed size it might be a better fit for him inside at defensive tackle

Felicia's Junior year saw him come just a half sack short of the school record and his sixty four tackles is seventh in school history.
