Come out and Shout out to our UB Seniors!!!
From Coach Sal Valvo , per Facebook "You are invited to the University at Buffalo Men's Ice Hockey team's final home game of the 2009-2010 season for our annual senior night. Please join us in honoring 10 seniors and their achievements both on and off the ice.When: Saturday,Februaury 6th 2010 8:00 PM vs. University of RochesterWhere: Amherst Ice Centerwe look forward to seeing you there."
While I've been getting swept up in Signing Week fever and being sickened by a total lack of defensive effort by the UB basketball team the UB Men's hockey team has been winding down their regular season.
They Split last weekend, getting thrashed by NU before taking Syracuse in overtime, I've been too busy mired in scout and rivals to even look back at the stat sheets for the games. Or to follow up on the other ECHL games this past weekend but I do know that this weekend they can secure a top four spot in the ECHL playoffs with a win over either Syracuse or Rochester.
This Saturday night, against Rochester is senior night. Like all games its free for UB students and five dollars for everyone else.
